Forum Rules
_________________________________________________

Flaming
Please be considerate of other members on this forum.
Do not use offensive insults directed towards another member. If you are going to flame, please use our Flaming Zone to steam off. BUT, if you are flaming a member on this forum, or even on the internet, please keep their name anonymous. We hope that you will follow this rule so that you will not get sued for defamation by someone who is offended by what you post. All offensive posts may be deleted as well if they were found to be extremely repulsive towards the directed target.

Trolling/Flame Baiting
Trolling is very much like flaming. It is a comment that is deliberately posted to cause a disruption. Typically, these comments are made to make other members of the community upset, angry, or irritated. Some of these comments can be off-topic as well. This means that you should be careful about going too far 'off-topic' as it could be considered as an attempt to troll the thread. While 'trolling' is a subjective term, there has been a basic definition given to you. So please be careful as to how you post, or else it may warrant a warning and possibly a ban depending on how severe the comment was. Use common sense and think about how other members feel when you are posting.

Spamming
Spamming is the act of posting something that is completely unrelated to the topic. Any posts within a thread which do not contribute to the thread whatsoever will be considered spam. Posting something that has no relevancy or usefulness to the thread in which you have posted it in will result in a warning. On top of the basic principle behind spamming, we also tend to agree that posts that have less than five words( usually includes words such as "okay" and "why") will be considered spam unless it is very relevant to the thread's original topic.

Double Posting & Bumping
If the last post in a topic was posted by you, please do not post again until someone posts after you. It will be considered double posting, and you will probably get a warn. This may also be referred to as spam, and it is still not allowed. If you have more to say but did not say it in your last post, you are welcome to use the "edit" button to edit your post. The only exception is called bumping.
Users posting updates in any gallery/shop of theirs are allowed to bump their thread up to reveal their updates. However, this only goes for the OWNER OF THE THREAD! If you happen to have a question about this rule, please contact any of the Admins/Moderators.

Necroposting
'Necroposting' or is reviving a dead (or old) thread. An 'old thread' would be considered any thread older than 2 weeks without a reply. While there are some "good" topics out there, there are just as many 'stupid' ones. If you revive one of the "stupid" ones, you will most likely be warned. On the other hand, if you revive a good thread (but with a horrible reply or if you spam it), you will also be warned. Finally, if you revive a good topic, with a good reply, it's all good. In other words, don't be petrified of necroposting, but try to be very objective in regards to what a thread would be considered prior to reviving it. Necroposting to some extent will not be tolerated and a sufficient amount of warns shall be given to the extent in which you have necroposted. If you need to know if a thread is "good" and if your reply if "good", please contact an admin or moderator through PM.

Disrespect of Authority
This warning is considered similar to a flaming warning but it is mostly centered on responses toward moderator actions, judgment or activities. Simplicity staff members do not tolerate any form of verbal abuse from users and will assign this warning if this situation arises. This is includes public challenging of the management team. Users who purposely and publicly challenge the ruling, warning, and/or actions of the management team are subject to an immediate ban without further warning. Any and all issues concerning any member of the management team are to be ADDRESSED BY PM TO THE ADMINISTRATOR(S) OF THE SITE ONLY.

Warning & Whining
We warn members for a reason. It is because they have simply broken a rule. If you wish to dispute your warn, please take it maturely and into the Warn Dispute/Removal section. Our staff only warns those who have broken a rule. If you whine about a warn, you will again be warned.

E-Drama
E-Drama is simply drama online.
Hence the "E" and the "Drama" part. We ask that you do not stir up trouble on our forum or you may not be welcomed here again. If you wish to discuss any drama that has happened outside of the Internet, we ask that you use our Advisory section for help. However, please keep the drama to it's necessities and don't worsen it.

Hacking & Advertising Related Threads
We do not condone hacking or advertising related topics. With this being said, you should not post screenshots of hackers or advertisments in any thread or post.
Hacker/advertising-related threads may not be immediately deleted, but at the first sight of problems (revealing in details as to how hacks work, flaming, insults, or any other problems that violate our rules) the thread will be removed permanently, and the user will be warned.

Language
The use of words like F***, S*** and other swearing words are unwelcome here. People that come to have fun, share their things here and have a good time in the community can feel offended and shocked by swear words. Some other people might think that it's cool, and others might use them for their usual conversations and such, but think of the younger ones and the ones who don't usually curse or just dont like to use/hear them. We need to make this forum clean and a great place for people of any age to be a part of and feel good. Please, be careful with your language. You will fully understand the rules and the consequences it comes with by breaking them.
